There is a detailed urban design, and co-ordination role, that follows master planning, that continues the design led understanding of the construction of the project through the Engineering detail design phase, earthworks & services, to ensure that the lot designs are “buildable” and “saleable”. This includes co-ordination of zero lot boundaries, landscape retaining walls, applicable easements, driveway locations & services, as well as the planning requirements & proposed design guideline requirements.
