John is an architect and urban designer, registered in Queensland, with experience in the development industry, working with national & international clients as well as local government officials and elected representatives, charities and schools. John has undergone further study including the world conference of Architecture in Turkey, urban design conferences in UK, USA, and Australia.

He was involved in the initial Green Star courses in Brisbane and has undertaken study tours of over 100 of the worlds cities, often visiting key speakers, historians and designers in those cities, in his role as research ambassador for Bond University. He was town and project architect for the UDIA state award winning Riverlinks development that delivered high quality and innovative outcomes as both freehold and narrow lot subdivision.

John’s projects include affordable housing, luxury homes, high-rise mixed use developments, recreational & industrial marina, golf and waterfront villages, regional townships in QLD, NSW & VIC.

Paul Burns has won 25 architectural awards and has played a very significant role in the development history of the Gold Coast over more than two decades. A registered architect since 1984, Paul holds a Diploma in Architecture and a Masters Degree in Urban Design from the Queensland University of Technology. He has worked on an extensive range of major projects of significance on the Gold Coast that have achieved widespread professional and development industry recognition. Key projects include Sanctuary Cove, The Glades, Coomera Waters, Emerald Lakes and Gold Coast City Marina.

Lazlo has 37 years experience in the profession. With his innate architectural sensitivity, excellent structural knowledge,and skills in design development, detailing and consultant co-ordination, he has a thorough understanding of the residential design and construction industry. Lazlo’s ability to achieve the most efficient, cost effective product while maintaining the design intent is renown. His skills have been honed on Major Civic Projects that include the redevelopment of the heritage listed Old Swan Brewery Perth and Darwin High School. Gymnasium, Federal Parliament House competition shortlist, Australian National Gallery Canberra (the Institute’s Gold Medal being awarded to its designer Colin Madigan) and Westmead Hospital for the NSW Dept. of Public Works.

Jai has been employed in the industry since 2002. He has worked extensively in QLD and on international projects in Japan and Indonesia. He gained project experience through the building education revolution scheme including multimedia centres, performing arts centres, halls, early learning facilities, and libraries. Jai also has experience in aquatic centres, multi-residential and high rise developments.

Ana graduated from a degree in Architecture and Urban Planning in 2004 in Brazil with 2 years additional study in Civil Engineering in Brazil. Excelling in residential and commercial, renovations, interior design and project management. Ana works on Design Assessments.
